Digital Sewing Patterns Custom & Made-to-Order Bags

  • Custom bags are non-refundable and non-returnable.
  • Each item is handmade to your specifications, so we cannot accept returns or cancellations once work has begun.
  • We will email all Custom purchases before beginning to verify fabric selections.

Ready-to-Ship Bags

  • If you receive a ready-to-ship bag and it arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
  • Approved returns must be shipped back in unused condition within 14 days of approval.
  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only offered for ready-to-ship items if the item is defective.
  • We do not accept exchanges on custom or digital items.
