Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship within the United States only.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping is free on all U.S. orders.

Q: How long will it take to receive my bag?
A: Ready-to-ship bags usually ship within 2–3 business days. Custom bags are made to order and can take 2–4 weeks depending on design

Q: Can I design my own bag?
A: Yes! We have over 100 faux leathers in stock. Visit our Design Your Own page to choose your materials and details, and we’ll create a custom bag just for you.

Q: How do I pick colors for my custom bag?
A: Browse our Faux Leather Gallery to view available colors and textures. You’ll select your favorites when placing your order.

Q: How do I receive my sewing pattern?
A: Patterns are sold as instant digital PDF downloads. After purchase, you’ll receive a link by email to download your file immediately.

Q: Can I sell bags made from Bagadoo & Co. patterns?
A: Yes! You may sell bags you make by hand from our patterns on a small scale. Please credit Bagadoo & Co. as the pattern designer. Digital redistribution of the pattern itself is not allowed.

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Ready-to-ship items may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original condition (buyer covers return shipping). Custom-made bags and digital patterns are non-refundable.

Q: What if my order arrives damaged?
A: Please contact us right away with photos. We’ll work with you to replace or repair the item.

Q: What materials do you use?
A: We use high-quality faux leather, vinyl, cotton, and hardware designed for durability. Many of our bags also feature water-resistant lining.

Q: How do I care for my bag?
A: Wipe with a damp cloth to clean. Do not machine wash. Store away from direct sunlight when not in use to preserve the material.
