Digital Sewing Patterns Custom & Made-to-Order Bags
- Custom bags are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Each item is handmade to your specifications, so we cannot accept returns or cancellations once work has begun.
- We will email all Custom purchases before beginning to verify fabric selections.
Ready-to-Ship Bags
- If you receive a ready-to-ship bag and it arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
- Approved returns must be shipped back in unused condition within 14 days of approval.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are only offered for ready-to-ship items if the item is defective.
- We do not accept exchanges on custom or digital items.
